PRR – More Sustainable Buildings 2023

PRR – The support program for “More Sustainable Buildings 2023” is now open, to finance measures that promote rehabilitation, decarbonization, energy efficiency, water efficiency and the circular economy.
The following expenses are eligible for this notice:
1 – Replacement of non-efficient windows with efficient windows, with an energy class equal to “A+” (with a contribution of 85% up to €2,000 or 95% up to €2,200, if increases apply);
2 – Application or replacement of thermal insulation on roofs, walls or floors, using natural-based materials (eco-materials), incorporating recycled materials or using other materials:
2.1 a) Roofs and/or floors using natural-based insulation (eco-materials) or incorporating recycled materials (with a contribution of 85% up to €4,000 or 95% up to €4,400, if increases apply);
2.1 b) Roofs and/or floors using insulation made from other materials (with a contribution of 65% up to €4,000 or 75% up to €4,400, if increases apply);
2.2 a) Walls using natural-based insulation (eco-materials) or incorporating recycled materials (with a contribution of 85% up to €4,750 or 95% up to €5,225, if increases apply);
2.2 b) Walls using insulation made from other materials (with a contribution of 65% up to €4,750 or 75% up to €5,225, if increases apply);
3 – Space heating and/or cooling systems and/or domestic hot water (DHW) systems that use renewable energy, with energy class “A+” or higher, namely:
3.1 – Heat pumps (with a contribution of 85% up to €2,000 or 95% up to €2,200, if increases apply);
3.2 – Solar thermal systems (with a contribution of 85% up to €2,000 or 95% up to €2,200, if increases apply);
3.3 – Biomass boilers and stoves (with a contribution of 85% up to €1,500 or 95% up to €1,650, if increases apply);
4 – Installation of photovoltaic systems or other renewable energy source equipment for the production of electrical energy for self-consumption:
4.1 – Without inclusion of energy storage systems (with a contribution of 85% up to €1,000 or 95% up to €1,100, if increases apply);
4.2 – With the inclusion of energy storage systems (with a contribution of 85% up to €3,000 or 95% up to €3,300, if increases apply);
5 – Interventions aimed at water efficiency through:
5.1 – Replacement of water-using devices in the home with more efficient ones and/or installation of solutions that allow for the intelligent monitoring and control of water consumption (with a contribution of 85% up to €500 or 95% up to €550, if increases apply);
5.2 – Installation of rainwater harvesting systems (with a contribution of 85% up to €1,500 or 95% up to €1,650, if increases apply);
