Incentive for the Introduction of Zero-Emission Vehicles into Consumer Use for the purchase of 100% electric vehiclesf

The Incentive for the Introduction of Zero-Emission Vehicles into Consumer Use is a commitment of the Environmental Fund since 2017 that aims to continue implementing measures to accelerate the appropriation of alternative and more environmentally friendly traction energies, such as 100% electric traction.

Designed with a heterogeneous audience in mind – individuals and legal entities – this notice is implemented through the allocation of incentive units that depend on the type of Zero Emissions vehicle.

It has a budget allocation of 10 million euros, highlighting four key areas of intervention, which include different types of support and different beneficiaries:

  • Passenger Car
  • Urban logistics
  • Clickable active mobility
  • Electric Vehicle Chargers

 

Different typologies and incentives:

Type 1 – Light passenger vehicles – Individuals. Incentive of €4,000 for vehicles up to €62,500
Type 2 – Light goods vehicles – Individuals and legal entities. Incentive of €6,000
Type 3 – Cargo bicycles, with or without electric assistance – Individuals and legal entities. Incentive of 50% of the RRP (incl. VAT), up to €1,000 conventional and up to €1,500 electric.
Type 4 – Electric bicycles for city use – Individuals and legal entities. 50% RRP incentive (incl. VAT), up to €500.
Type 5 – motorcycles, mopeds, tricycles, quadricycles and other electric personal mobility devices – Individuals and legal entities. Incentive of 50% RRP (incl. VAT), up to €500.
Type 6 – Conventional city bikes – Individuals and legal entities. 20% RRP incentive (incl. VAT), up to €100.
Type 7 – chargers for electric vehicles in multi-family condominiums connected to the Mobi.E Network – Individuals and legal entities. Incentive of 80% of the RRP (incl. VAT) of the charging station, up to €800 + 80% of the RRP (incl. VAT) of the electrical installation.
