SUPPORT \u2013 IEFP \u2013 Sustainable Employment Commitment Measure"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Goals:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Prevent and combat unemployment and encourage the hiring of unemployed people, particularly young people and people with disabilities<br \/>\n\u2022 Promote and support net job creation<br \/>\n\u2022 Promote the improvement and quality of employment, encouraging more stable employment relationships and the setting of adequate wages<br \/>\n\u2022 Promote gender equality in access to and conditions of the labour market<\/p>\n<p><strong>Recipients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Unemployed people registered with IEFP, in one of the following situations:<br \/>\n\u2022 For at least 3 consecutive months<br \/>\n\u2022 When, regardless of the time of registration, it is a question of:<br \/>\n\u25aa Recipients of unemployment benefits;<br \/>\n\u25aa Beneficiaries of the Social Integration Income;<br \/>\n\u25aa People with disabilities;<br \/>\n\u25aa People who are part of a single-parent family;<br \/>\n\u25aa People whose spouses or people with whom they live in a common law marriage are also registered as unemployed with the IEFP;<br \/>\n\u25aa People to whom a residential care promotion and protection measure has been applied.<br \/>\n\u25aa Victims of domestic violence;<br \/>\n\u25aa Refugees and beneficiaries of temporary protection;<br \/>\n\u25aa Former prisoners and those who are serving or have served non-custodial sentences or judicial measures and are in a position to reintegrate into active life;<br \/>\n\u25aa Drug addicts in the recovery process;<br \/>\n\u25aa People who are not registered with Social Security as employees or self-employed workers in the last 12 consecutive months preceding the date of registration of the job offer;<br \/>\n\u25aa Persons who have provided effective service under a Contract Regime, Special Contract Regime or Volunteer Regime in the Armed Forces and who meet the conditions set out in paragraph 2 of article 22 of Decree-Law no. 76\/2018, of 11 October;<br \/>\n\u25aa People who are homeless or in the process of social integration in a response defined for this purpose;<br \/>\n\u25aa People who have been recognised as Informal Caregiver and who have provided care as the main informal caregiver;<br \/>\n\u25aa People who have completed an internship financed by IEFP less than 12 months ago;<br \/>\n\u25aa People who are beneficiaries of the Interior Mais Employment Measure.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Supports:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Financial support for hiring<\/strong>\u00a0corresponding to 12 times the value of the social support index (IAS)<\/p>\n<p>Increases in support<br \/>\n\u2022 25% when it concerns:<br \/>\n\u27a2 The conclusion of a contract with a young person aged 35 or under;<br \/>\n\u27a2 The signing of a contract with a long-term unemployed person;<br \/>\n\u27a2 The conclusion of a contract with base remuneration equal to or greater than three times the value of the IAS, \u20ac1,527.78, in 2024;<br \/>\n\u27a2 Job located in inland territory, under the terms defined by Order No. 208\/2017, of July 13, in its current wording;<br \/>\n\u27a2 Employer that is a party to a collective bargaining agreement (IRCT), pursuant to article 2 of the Labor Code.<br \/>\n\u2022 35% when hiring a person with a disability<\/p>\n<p><strong>Financial support for the payment of social security contributions<\/strong>, corresponding to half of the value of the contributions payable by the employer, during the first year of the contract's validity, and cannot exceed the limit of 7 times the value of the IAS
