SUPPORT  \u2013 IEFP \u2013 Programa Avan\u00e7ar"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>This program consists of granting the employer financial support for the permanent, full-time hiring of unemployed young people, registered with the IEFP, with higher education qualifications, and whose remuneration established in the contract is equal to or higher than the entry-level salary level of a graduate in the general career of senior technician in Public Administration, which corresponds, in 2024, to \u20ac1,385.98, combined with financial support<br \/>\nto the payment of social security contributions, in the first year of validity of the supported employment contracts.<\/p>\n<p>The program also provides for the granting of financial support to young people to help them become independent.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Goals:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Attract and retain qualified young talent, as well as support their empowerment<br \/>\n\u2022 Promote the improvement and quality of employment, encouraging more stable employment relationships and setting salaries appropriate to the qualifications of young people<br \/>\n\u2022 Promote the improvement and quality of employment, employer:<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2713 Financial support for hiring corresponding to:<br \/>\na) 18 times the value of the social support index (IAS)* for applications submitted during the years 2023 and 2024<br \/>\nb) 12 times the value of the IAS, for applications submitted during the year 2025<br \/>\nc) 10 times the value of the IAS, for applications submitted during the year 2026<\/p>\n<p>Increases in support<br \/>\n\u2022 3 times the value of the IAS when the following is involved:<br \/>\n\u27a2 Job located in inland territory, under the terms defined by Order No. 208\/2017, of July 13, in its current wording<br \/>\n\u27a2 Employer that is a party to a collective labor regulation instrument (IRCT), under the terms of article 2 of the Labor Code<br \/>\n\u27a2 The hiring of a young person who is in a situation of long-term unemployment (LTE), considering as such a young person who has been registered with the IEFP for at least 12 months<br \/>\n\u27a2 Job in a startup or scaleup company, recognized under the terms defined by Law No. 21\/2023, of May 25, in its current wording<br \/>\n\u2022 4.2 times the value of the IAS when hiring a young person with a disability<\/p>\n<p>\u2713\u00a0<strong>Financial support for the payment of social security contributions<\/strong>, corresponding to half of the value of the contributions payable by the employer, during the first year of the contract's validity, and cannot exceed the limit of 7 times the value of the IAS (\u20ac3,564.82).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Financial support for qualified young people:<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2713 Financial support for the autonomy of qualified young people, corresponding to \u20ac150 per month during the first year of the employment
