EST\u00c1GIOS ATIVAR.PT"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Goals:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Complement and develop the skills of the unemployed, particularly young people, in order to improve their employability profile, through practical experience in a work context;<br \/>\n\u2022 Support the transition between the qualifications system and the labour market, in particular by promoting the integration into working life of young people with adequate levels of qualifications;<br \/>\n\u2022 Promote knowledge about new training and skills among companies and promote job creation in new areas;<br \/>\n\u2022 Support the improvement of qualifications and the reconversion of the productive structure.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Recipients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Unemployed people registered with employment services who meet one of the following conditions:<br \/>\n\u2022 Young people aged 18 or over and 30 or under, with a qualification at level 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 or 8 of the National Qualifications Framework (QNQ);<br \/>\n\u2022 People aged over 30 and under 45, who have been unemployed for more than 12 months, provided that they have obtained a qualification at level 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 or 8 of the QNQ less than three years ago or are registered at a Qualifica Centre, if they have a qualification at level 2 or 3 of the QNQ;<br \/>\n\u2022 People over 45 years of age, who have been unemployed for more than 12 months, who have not been granted an old-age pension, who hold a level 2 or 3 qualification of the QNQ and are registered at a Qualifica Centre, or level 4, 5, 6, 7 or 8 of the QNQ<br \/>\n\u2022 People with disabilities;<br \/>\n\u2022 People who are part of a single-parent family;<br \/>\n\u2022 People whose spouses or people with whom they live in a common law marriage are also registered as unemployed with the IEFP;<br \/>\n\u2022 Victims of domestic violence;<br \/>\n\u2022 Refugees and beneficiaries of temporary protection;<br \/>\n\u2022 Former prisoners and those who are serving or have served non-custodial sentences or judicial measures and are in a position to reintegrate into active life;<br \/>\n\u2022 Drug addicts in the recovery process;<br \/>\n\u2022 People who have rendered effective service in the Armed Forces and who meet the conditions set out in paragraph 2 of article 22 of Decree-Law no. 76\/2018, of 11 October.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Homeless people;<br \/>\n\u2022 People who have been recognised as Informal Caregiver and who have provided care as the main informal caregiver;<br \/>\n\u2022 Belong to another specific public to be defined in specific regulations or by order of the member of the Government responsible for the area of \u200b\u200bemployment, depending on public policy priorities, namely registered unemployed people who are members of the household of a recipient supported by the Emprego Interior MAIS measure \u2014 Mobilidade Apoiada para Um Interior Sustent\u00e1vel (Ordinance No. 174\/2020, of July 17, in its current wording);<br \/>\n\u2022 People to whom a residential care promotion and protection measure has been applied.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Supports:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>For interns:<br \/>\n\u2022 Monthly internship grant in the following amounts:<br \/>\n\u2022 Monthly grant of \u27a2 1.3 IAS \u2013 without qualification level, level 1 and 2: \u20ac 662.04 in the following amounts:<br \/>\n\u27a2 1,4 IAS \u2013 level 3: \u20ac 712,96<br \/>\n\u27a2 1,6 IAS \u2013 level 4: \u20ac 814,82<br \/>\n\u27a2 1,7 IAS \u2013 level 5: \u20ac 865,74<br \/>\n\u27a2 2 IAS \u2013 level 6: \u20ac 1.018,52<br \/>\n\u27a2 2,2 IAS \u2013 level 7: \u20ac 1.120,37<br \/>\n\u27a2 2,5 IAS \u2013 level 8: \u20ac 1.273,15<br \/>\nFood allowance<br \/>\nWork accident insurance;<\/p>\n<p>For promoting entities:<br \/>\nIEFP's financial contribution is based on the unit cost modality, per month and per internship, under the following terms:<br \/>\n\u2022 Internship grant<br \/>\n\u25aa 80% participation in the following situations:<br \/>\n\u25aa When the promoting entity is a non-profit private legal entity;<br \/>\n\u25aa Internships falling within the scope of the special regime of strategic interest;<br \/>\n\u25aa In the first internship developed by a promoting entity with 10 or fewer workers, relating to the first application for the measure and provided that more favourable support conditions have not already been obtained in another internship financed by the IEFP.<br \/>\n\u25aa 65% contribution in other situations<\/p>\n<p>The above mentioned participation percentages are increased by 15% in the case of:<br \/>\n\u25aa Interns who are disabled; individuals who are part of a single-parent family; individuals whose spouse or partner is also registered as unemployed with the IEFP; victims of domestic violence; refugees and beneficiaries of temporary protection; former prisoners or those who are serving\/have served non-custodial sentences or judicial measures; drug addicts in the process of recovery; homeless individuals; individuals who have been recognised as informal carers and who have provided care as the main informal carers; individuals who have been subject to a residential care promotion and protection measure;<br \/>\n\u25aa Internship projects in inland areas, under the terms defined by Ordinance No. 208\/2017, of July 13.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Food, at the amount set for workers performing public functions: \u20ac6.00\/day<br \/>\n\u2022 Occupational accident insurance premium: 3.296% IAS = \u20ac16.79<br \/>\n\u2022 Transport expenses, where applicable, e.g. trainee with disability: 10% IAS=\u20ac50.93<\/p>\n<p><strong>Employment award:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If an open-ended employment contract is signed with the intern, within a maximum period of 20 working days from the date of completion of the internship, the promoting entity will be granted an employment bonus in the amount of:<br \/>\n\u2022 2 times the monthly base salary provided for therein, up to a limit of 5 times the value of the IAS;<br \/>\n\u2022 20% increase in the value of the bonus when the hiring follows an internship contract signed following an internship project in inland areas;<br \/>\n\u2022 30% increase in the value of the bonus in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 84\/2015, of March 20, which regulates the measure for the Promotion of Gender Equality in the Labor Market.<\/p>\n<p>The granting of the employment bonus determines the obligation to maintain, for 12 months, the employment contract and the level of employment verified on the start date of the contract.<br \/>\nIn situations of early termination of the internship, by agreement between the intern and the promoting entity, with the aim of concluding an open-ended employment contract, the granting of the employment bonus determines the obligation to maintain the employment contract and the level of employment verified on the date the contract began to be concluded, for 12 months, to which is added the remaining period not completed of the internship.<\/p>\n<p>More information here:<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/ss-financial.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/Ficha-Sintese-Estagios-ATIVAR.PT_29-01-2024.pdf\">Ficha Sintese Estagios ATIVAR.PT_29-01-2024<\/a><\/strong><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Objetivos: \u2022 Complementar e desenvolver as compet\u00eancias dos desempregados, nomeadamente dos jovens, de forma a melhorar o seu perfil de empregabilidade, atrav\u00e9s de experi\u00eancia pr\u00e1tica em contexto de trabalho;
