{"id":735,"date":"2024-03-11T10:20:38","date_gmt":"2024-03-11T10:20:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ss-financial.com\/?p=735"},"modified":"2024-08-14T10:49:24","modified_gmt":"2024-08-14T10:49:24","slug":"linha-de-apoio-a-qualificacao-da-oferta-para-projetos-na-area-do-turismo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ss-financial.com\/en\/linha-de-apoio-a-qualificacao-da-oferta-para-projetos-na-area-do-turismo\/","title":{"rendered":"SUPPORT LINE FOR QUALIFICATION OF OFFERS FOR PROJECTS IN THE TOURISM AREA"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Financial instrument for medium and long-term financing of investment projects by tourism companies that result in the creation, requalification or repositioning of enterprises, establishments and activities related to this area of \u200b\u200bactivity.<\/p>\n<p>The Offer Qualification Support Line has been extended until December 31, 2025.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Beneficiaries:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Tourism companies of any size, nature and under any legal form that comply with the framework conditions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Project types:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Requalification and repositioning of enterprises, establishments and activities<br \/>\nrelated to the defined economic activities (including expansion);<\/li>\n<li>Creation of enterprises, establishments and activities relating to the activities<br \/>\ndefined economic, as long as they are implemented in low-density territories,<br \/>\nsuited to current or potential tourist demand, meet supply gaps and add<br \/>\nvalor \u00e0 oferta existente na regi\u00e3o;<\/li>\n<li>Entrepreneurship (enterprises, equipment or tourist entertainment activities and services associated with the tourism sector, with a particular focus on technology-based services).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Project access conditions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prior approval of the architectural project in cases where licensing is required and, when the prior communication procedure is legally provided for, demonstration of its<br \/>\npresentation to the city council;<\/li>\n<li>Financing sources are assured, including a minimum of 20% on the<br \/>\neligible investment;<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to the economic and financial improvement of their respective companies;<\/li>\n<li>Not exceed 2 years of execution, except in duly justified and accepted situations;<\/li>\n<li>Provide for the development and implementation of environmental management measures and measures that promote accessibility.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>General terms and conditions of operations:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maximum value per project\n<ul>\n<li>The amount of financing cannot exceed 80% of the eligible investment.
